How personal data is processed in Tizim24 widgets for amoCRM, on the widgets website and in the panels

1. General

1.1. This policy is based on the Law "On Personal Data" (ZRU-547) and the laws "On Informatisation" and "On Electronic Commerce" of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.2. It applies to https://tizim24-widget.uz, the Developer panel, the Partner cabinet and the Tizim24 widgets installed via amoMarket. Using the widgets or the Website means you agree to this policy.

2. Data we process

2.1. amoCRM account: account address (subdomain), account ID, company name, ID of the user who installed the widget and amoCRM access keys (OAuth; stored encrypted). To perform its function a widget accesses deals, contacts, messages, etc. in amoCRM only within that function.

2.2. Integration: phone number, email or Telegram user ID (for the confirmation code); for partners — the Partner ID. No name is requested.

2.3. Partners: full name, company, phone, email, region, field of activity; for withdrawals only the last 4 digits of the card are stored.

2.4. Payments: amount, date, period, payment system and transaction number. Card details are received by payment systems (Payme and others) and are not passed to us.

2.5. "Tizim24 Telegram" widget: the session of the Telegram account connected by the User (encrypted), messages and media files. At the User's request, messages and files deleted or edited by the other party are also kept in the archive. The User is responsible for informing its customers and having a lawful basis.

2.6. Technical data: IP address, browser type, login session cookie, error and security logs.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

3.1. Purposes: installing and running the widgets; confirming accounts; recording subscriptions and payments; calculating and paying partner shares; technical support; security and fraud prevention; compliance with the law.

3.2. Grounds: the data subject's consent; performance of the agreement with the User (Public offer); legal requirements.

4. Storage location

4.1. Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Article 27¹ of the Law "On Personal Data").

5. Disclosure to third parties

5.1. Data is never sold. It is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the services: amoCRM (Kommo) — for the widget to work; payment systems (Payme and others) — for payment; SMS operator (TextUp) — for confirmation codes; Telegram — for the code bot and the "Tizim24 Telegram" widget; an email delivery service — for emails with codes (only the email address and code are sent; the service may be located outside Uzbekistan).

5.2. To public authorities — only in cases and in the manner established by law.

6. Retention

6.1. When a widget is removed from amoCRM its access keys are deleted immediately. Confirmation codes are valid for a few minutes.

6.2. Account, subscription and payment history — for the period required by accounting and tax law.

6.3. The "Tizim24 Telegram" archive — during the subscription; deleted at the User's request.

6.4. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

7.1. All connections use HTTPS; amoCRM keys and Telegram sessions are encrypted with AES-256; passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; staff access is limited to their permissions; important actions are logged; backups are made.

8. Your rights

8.1. You have the right to know about your data, correct it, request its deletion and withdraw consent. Contact: support@tizim24.uz.

8.2. Response times: correction — 3 business days; providing or deleting data — 7 business days; withdrawal of consent — 3 business days. Withdrawing consent may stop the widget from working.

9. Cookies

9.1. Only necessary cookies are used: the login session (Developer panel and Partner cabinet). Language and theme choices are stored in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The services are not intended for persons under 18.

10.2. Changes are published on the Website and take effect on publication. The Uzbek text is the main version.
